"The Legend of Sleepy Halliwell"

Description:  "The Charmed Ones help out Leo's mentor, Gideon, when he wants to find out who cast the spell of darkness over a magic school and conjured the Headless Horseman who has been beheading the teachers.  Meanwhile, Phoebe goes on a vision quest and discovers who Chris really is."

A new dimension of the supernatural world was introduced for the first time to the sisters and that would be the infamous magic school.  For it being such a big deal to all magical children everywhere, I'm surprised the sisters haven't at least heard about it in passing before.  The Charmed Ones also were introduced to an old friend and mentor of Leo's and that would be Gideon.  We don't know much about Mr. Gideon right now other than he's an elder and seems to know a lot about the Charmed Ones' past and present, but as the rest of this season unfolds his character will grow to something much more extraordinary.  As a lot of the episodes recently, this one had the sisters digging deep within themselves and pushing past their reservations to find out who was trying to bring down magic school.  It was awesome to see Paige embracing her new teacher role even though it was meant to be temporary, and you could tell that Paige really cared about those kids even if she was with them for a short amount of time.  I was surprised to see how many children there are that have magical powers, but I guess it makes since though I've never thought much about it.  The way the producers make magic school sound is it's a place that children can go to improve and build on their magical abilities and be with other children they can relate to.  Even though Piper doesn't want to consider putting Wyatt in with other magical children, I think she should reconsider because it would probably do a lot of good for him.  Piper and Leo seem to forget or don't think about it a lot of the time that they are raising a very powerful magical baby, and trying to raise him normal in the world where your mother is a Charmed one and your father is an elder would be quite difficult under a lot of circumstances.  I'm not saying I don't understand Piper's want for Wyatt to feel he gets as normal of a childhood as possible, but in certain cases allowances have to be made.  Speaking of seeking a normal future, this episode begins Phoebe's almost obsessive need to see what her future husband and child(s) will end up being like.  Right now Phoebe is mentioning a faint feel like her biological clock is running at, but this ticking of her clock will become louder and more incessant as the rest of the series goes on.  I thought the whole idea of the vision quest was very interesting to say the least, but I wouldn't want to embark on it myself if given the choice.  I believe that our future is destined to happen whether we like it or not, so seeing it ahead of time is almost like ruining the illusion of the surprise.  I guess to each their own and I know it helped Phoebe to feel more secure in what her future holds, but I wouldn't personally want to carry the burden of what might or might not happen to me years down the line.  So Chris' story is finally starting to be read aloud so everybody can be let in on the big bad secret!  So far only Phoebe has figured it out thanks to the vision quest, but soon it will have to be known to the rest of the Halliwell clan.  If you didn't pick up on the interchange that Phoebe and Chris had in the last scene, Phoebe saw in her vision quest that Wyatt had a little brother.  To put things in short words, she put two and two together and got Chris!  I got to admit it was quite a far stretch for her to connect, but Chris didn't deny it all when she asked him in the end of the episode.  He did bring up the small problem of the fact that Leo and Piper are no longer together as a couple, but that my friends is going to have to wait for another episode!  "May the power of three set you free!"  Keep reading and watching!

"Used Karma"

Description:  "Jason breaks up with Phoebe when he finally learns her and her sisters are really witches.  Meanwhile, Richard attempts to free himself of his family's karma, and Piper and Paige try to vanquish a group of Swarm demons, the last on Chris' list of the most significant threats to Wyatt."

A person is almost always going to have some kind of consequence to their actions, and it is usually followed up with either good or bad karma depending on what they did.  Poor Richard will probably never stop living under the pressure of his family history, even though for the most part he had little to do with it because he refused to use magic.  I felt bad for Richard because it's not fair for him to keep blaming himself, but you can't tell him how he's supposed to feel about certain things.  I don't agree with Paige constantly always telling Richard to not use his magic like she's his mother he has to listen to or something.  Maybe Richard has had some problems with magic in the past, but he's a fully capable adult who should be allowed to do what he wants.  For all Paige knows maybe Richard can go back to using magic a little at a time and possibly get better at maintaining and controlling what happens when he does.  You guys are just going to have to wait and see how this storyline plays out though, because as usual I'm not giving anything away!  I thought it was really interesting seeing Phoebe get hit with the bad karma of the French whore Mata Hari though.  Paige tried to play it up like their stories and what happened to them was similar, but I think it had more to do with the fact that Phoebe was the only other one in the house.  I don't think that if she was in the house it would have left and sought her out, but in reality we really will never know.  It was a little confusing in the beginning when she first got hit with the bad karma, because it was almost as if the karma of Mata Hari was struggling to stay dominant in Phoebe's body.  At sometimes it would be the karma of Mata Hari talking, but then other times the real Phoebe would take control of her body again and speak up.  I thought it was sad how Jason had to find out that Phoebe was a witch, and as expected he didn't take it very lightly.  It was almost as if Jason was afraid of who Phoebe was, but I think he was just more in shock and slightly hurt that she'd been lying to him for so long.  The sisters have learned that it is never an easy thing to tell someone the powers they have and what they are, but especially if it's someone you love and will risk losing.  Jason seemed to understand toward the end after Phoebe and her sisters saved his life, but I still can't believe Phoebe/Mata Hari ruined his important merger banquet.  I wonder what Jason ended up saying at the press conference to explain what happened and hopefully saved his merger?  At last we will never know though because yes folks, this was Jason's last and final episode on Charmed.  He was loved and will be greatly missed but all good things must come to an end.  It's unfortunate that him and Phoebe couldn't find a way to make things work, but I firmly believe that everything happens for a reason and someone else is out there and really destined for Phoebe.  The whole idea and concept of the Swarm demons was very good by the way.  I like the whole point that you have to vanquish the leader/king, or the rest of his minions will continue to be reborn again.  I like these demons because it takes a lot more effort to get rid of them then others who just take a simple potion or Piper throwing up her hands.  Now that Chris has let the sisters and Leo in on the secret of Wyatt will eventually turn out to be in the future, I think Piper and Leo are much better prepared for what's to come.  Chris had to tell them eventually and I think they took it surprisingly well considering.  There goes that whole nature vs. nurture theory again, but you guys will just have to wait and see!  For those who are anxiously awaiting till we get to find out the full extent of Chris' story, well the reveal is only a few short episodes away so stay tuned!  "May the power of three set you free!"  Keep reading and watching!

"Prince-Charmed"

Description:  "After Piper vanquishes a demon from Wyatt's room, she has an epiphany about the rest of her life concerning Wyatt.  Unable to handle Piper's revelation, Paige and Phoebe decide to remind Piper about the importance of love by conjuring up a "Mr. Right" as Piper's birthday present.  Meanwhile, Chris uses Mr. Right to try and convince the sisters to bind Wyatt's powers, but demonic cult members kidnap him before they have the chance."

Happy Birthday to Piper and what an interesting one it was at that!  I felt sorry for Piper in the beginning of the episode when she felt like giving up on love and just devoting the rest of her time to Wyatt.  Being devoted to your son is one thing, but doing it at the expense of the rest of your life is another.  Ever since Piper lost Leo to the elders she hasn't been the same, and in this episode we're definitely starting to see that.  It was sweet of Phoebe and Paige to want to go out of their way to make this birthday special for Piper, even more now that they have both moved out and been living on their own, because at the end of the day the relationships they have with their sisters is what matters the most to the Charmed Ones.  The dinner would have been more that enough of a present in Piper's eyes, but leave it to Paige to want to bring something as small as the ramblings of Piper to the extreme and conjure up a "jiggalo" as Piper called it.  This isn't the first time the sisters have used their magical touch to bring men into their lives, but considering what happened last time (Season 1, Dream Sorcerer) this time turned out a lot better for all parties involved.  Even though Mr. Right wasn't used by Piper for what Phoebe and Paige originally had in mind, Piper still seemed to have a lot of fun with him and Wyatt and still enjoyed herself.  Poor Leo though, I don't know how much he was really enjoying seeing Piper out with another man.  I also thought it was downright adorable that the first word Wyatt said was "Mama" and it was when he was getting attacked by a demon and needing her help.  So sweet!  Speaking of Wyatt, yet another demonic entity trying to either capture him or turn him evil.  Not even a year old and Wyatt is already the most coveted being in the supernatural world.  That's a lot of stress to put on such a small child, let alone its parents and other people who love him.  I wonder how long the demonic cult was watching the family if they knew to impersonate Darryl in order to get close to Wyatt?  Whatever it took to pull off the plan it worked, because this demonic cult has gotten closer to capturing Wyatt than any other evil being in the past.  I got a little worried there when Wyatt turned against his own family and allowed the force field to envelop and protect the evil demons.  I thought it was hilarious when Phoebe and Paige got a little too close to Mr. Latin Hottie and were all over him like butter on toast.  The whole thing was extremely awkward for Darryl and Sheila, and the whole dinner party was going up in chaos.  I'm really not sure how Chris ended up getting blamed for Wyatt being kidnapped, maybe I missed it, but it was surprising that in the end it was Wyatt who actually started trusting Chris before the sisters.  Interesting twist but that's just what seems to happen sometimes!  "May the power of three set you free!"  Keep reading and watching!

"Witchstock"

Description:  "Paige finds herself transported back in time to an era of free love and free magic, where she discovers Grams a peace-loving hippie, who is on a crusade to rid the world of evil through the magical power of love."

The Charmed Ones get transported back to the "hippy-dippy" days as Grams likes to say, to learn once again that everything really does happen for a reason.  Although the sisters would have loved to get the chance to know their grandfather, the death of Alan is what made Penny Halliwell into the kick-butt grandmother of the Charmed Ones we have come to know and love.  If it wasn't for the death of the man she loved, she would have continued being the passive and free-loving hippie who because of it wouldn't be able and willing to protect the girls when they were younger from all the different demons that came after them constantly.  It was sad to also find out that the death of her first husband Alan is what caused Penny to have issues getting with men for the rest of her life, because I guess none of the other ones could amount to the man her first love was.  It was very interesting to see what Leo and Penny were like back in the 1960's and how much thirty plus years can really change somebody.  I don't know what had gotten into Leo back then, but it's a good thing he stopped hitting on every girl he came across or him and Piper would never have gotten the chance to be together.  Seeing Leo hit on Paige and finding out that him and Grams had been intimate in the past was a little disturbing at the same time very comical.  Knowing that Grams' best friend Robin was the one who betrayed them and killed Alan also showed the sisters once again that you really can't let your guard down with anybody.  So this was the first time the sisters have lived apart from each other for any length of time, and even though they're still in the adjustment period they are getting along quite nicely so far.  It was cool to see what Piper had turned Phoebe and Paige's rooms into, and she definitely didn't waste anytime in stretching out in the house.  I found it funny that Paige and Phoebe actually expected her to keep their bedrooms the same, I mean you did move out remember?  The producers didn't go too much into how Phoebe and Paige are adjusting to living outside the manor, but for the most part they seem happy and are getting well adjusted.  The sisters just need to get better at coming together, whether it be from San Francisco or Hong Kong, and regrouping to fight demons together, because after all they still have their destinies has the Charmed Ones to fulfill and that's not going to change anytime soon.  I like this new partnership almost friendlike attitude that Chris and Leo have adopted toward each other, and I hope it continues because it definitely is a nice change from the normal fighting and arguing.  I think Leo finally has believe in what Chris is here to do and trust his decisions and capabilities, and dare I say almost like him though Leo will never admit it.  Seeing Chris and Leo work together to stop the slime while the sisters were stuck in the 1960's was cute, and at one point they were telling the other to save themselves in order to protect each other.  One thing that hippy-Grams and I would have to agree on is that love is so much better than fighting. <3 and="and" ay="ay" butt="butt" doesn="doesn" even="even" free="free" hours="hours" keep="keep" kicking="kicking" like="like" nbsp="nbsp" of="of" off="off" on="on" p="p" power="power" reading="reading" set="set" some="some" t="t" the="the" though="though" three="three" watching="watching" who="who" you="you">

"Chris-Crossed"

Description:  "Bianca, a woman from the future, arrives to take Chris' powers, and Leo learns that she is actually part of an assassin family of witches.  In an attempt to distract the Charmed Ones, Bianca casts a spell which causes the sisters to act on their true desires, which prompts Piper to give her sisters her blessing to move out of the manor to be with their boyfriends."

Sometimes our past comes back to bite us, but in Chris' case someone from his future came to the past to cause him harm.  Up until now little, has been told of Chris' intentions and his story of who he was and why he really came back to the past.  In this episode, it was seen that Chris really does have a heart and feelings in there, he just doesn't let down his guard long enough or often for them to be seen.  From what little we found out in this episode, it very well seems like Chris has a reason for being so guarded and protected, but it was also made obvious why his need to keep Wyatt from turning evil is so urgent.  From what little we have seen thus far of how powerful Wyatt is in just under a year old, knowing that one day all that power could be used for evil is just scary!  I bet you guys are just dying for all the holes and questions in Chris' story to be answered, but that my friends is going to have to wait a little while longer.  Although, for those who were listening carefully you might have picked up on one really big one that will definitely become more important and obvious later.  Some people might not think too much about the fact that Chris let slip that he was half whitelighter and half witch, but that's the key point that you really need to remember.  As much as the writers revealed about Chris in this episode, there were still a lot of holes that keep us wondering and waiting.  I thought it was neat that although in the future the Charmed Ones are supposedly dead, the manor has been turned into a shrine/museum in there honor.  I wonder what really happened to bring down the sisters in that future, but you guys will just have wait and see because I'm not giving anything away just yet.  It was interesting to see how much of an ally Leo was when Chris was in pain and hurting, and I think that has more to do with what happened between Leo and Piper than anything.  Leo could probably relate to how Chris was feeling broken-hearted about Bianca and felt sorry for him.  We'll see how long this lasts between those two, but for the time being it's a nice change from the constant fighting.  Speaking of Leo and being broken-hearted, does Piper have to flounce about the fact that she's dating someone right in front of Leo.  I don't know about everybody else, but you could clearly see the pain in his eyes and feel his heart breaking.  Although I felt bad for Leo, my favorite quote in this episode is when Leo orbed in before Piper and Greg were about to be intimate and Piper said, "You have to turn around.  You don't get to see this anymore."  Too funny!  I thought it was sweet that in the end the sisters decided to give it a try living seperately for a while.  As close as they are, living right on top of each other all the time is not healthy and as they keep saying they can't still be living together in another 50 years.  Them living seperately never lasts long, but it will give them a chance to find themselves and enjoy some time apart.  As they always say, "Absense makes the heart grow fonder."  "May the power of three set you free!"  Keep reading and watching!

"Little Monsters"

!Description:  "After vanquishing a Manticore demon, Piper, Phoebe and Paige become foster parents to its orphaned half-breed infant.  Upon Chris' plea to vanquish the child, they believe that by raising the child with love they can change its destiny.  Meanwhile, Phoebe surprises her boyfriend Jason when she responds to feelings he hasn't expressed yet, and Paige gives Darryl a superpower."

The theory of nature versus nurture is what's being argued in this very adorable episode of Charmed.  I wholeheartedly agree with Paige that it's not necessarily the family you were born into that makes a person who they are, but more how they were raised in their life.  The story of Derek and how he spent his life trying to save his son was so sweet, even though he realized he wouldn't be able to raise the baby himself.  For the fate and future of his son, Derek was able to make the ultimate sacrifice to do what's best for the baby and put himself last.  I found it a bit unnerving the fact that manticores go around breeding with humans so they could blend better with society, because there is really no telling how many there are out in the world.  It was so cute how Wyatt and the baby automatically had this connection and were instant friends who didn't want to be seperated from each other.  Them playing peek-a-boo together in the playpen was probably the cutest thing we've seen on the show thus far.  That alone would have eased my fears of the baby being evil and hurting Wyatt, because Wyatt has always in the past used his force field to protect himself so why would this time be any different.  Piper's protectiveness of being a mother really showed itself in this episode when she even said, "Stay away from my son!" The bond Piper was able to form with Derek was based solely on the love they have for their children, and Piper was through this the real hero of the day.  I found it funny how Chris wasn't even going to consider the fact that the baby was okay and was willing to vanquish it from the get go.  That dude needs to really learn how to look outside the box and take a giant chill pill!  You could also really see the concern and overprotectiveness that Leo still shows toward Piper and his son, because as soon as Chris mentioned the problem was with Piper or Wyatt, Leo instantly perked up and was on the alert.  Speaking of being alert, Phoebe really needs to be more careful with distinguishing between spoken feelings and empathic feelings from now on.  She really slipped up with Jason this time and you could really tell he had no idea what was going on.  It was nice to eventually learn that the feelings were mutual (well obviously since she channeled his feelings using empathy) and that Phoebe and Jason were okay.  You might be wondering when the big secret is going to be revealed, but you guys are just going to have to stay patient and wait and see!  I thought it was hilarious when Paige gave Darryl the power of invincibility!  At first Darryl thought it was neat and was really like having it and being the hero of the day, but then it started freaking him out when he was yanking doors off vehicles and having super strength.  I swear the stuff poor Darryl goes through because of the Charmed Ones is enough to drive anybody crazy!  "May the power of three set you free!"  Keep reading and watching!

"Sword And The City"

Description:  "The Charmed Ones are called upon by The Lady of the Lake to help protect Excalibur, the legendary Sword in the Stone.  Numerous magical beings arrive at the manor to try their hand at pulling the sword from the stone, but it's Piper who finally pulls Excalibur out of the stone, causing a surprise figure to appear."

If Wyatt already didn't have more power than normal for a 10 month old before, he surely does now that he's the new "King Arthur".  Last episode we dealt with prehistoric times and now the sisters are dealing with medieval times, while bringing up stories of the knights of the round table and epic sword battles.  I think Piper needs to start prioritizing her time and have more fun, instead of always falling into the same old routine of taking care of the house, the club, and Wyatt.  Her to-do list was as long as could be and that's before the lady of the lake came in and changed the whole plan around, like the supernatural world has a tendancy to do to the Halliwell sisters' lives often.  After what happened during the course of the episode though, it sounded like Piper finally figured out what she really wanted.  Can Wyatt get anymore power?  I know he's the twice blessed child, what with being the son of a Charmed One and a whitelighter, but to quote Piper, "He has so much power it's almost scary."  I thought it was funny how Piper refused to believe that what was happening with the mysterious woman in the lake, the sword, the rock, and the knights was a modern day version of the story "King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table".  Piper has always been the sister to covet a normal life without magic, so inevitably she's always the last one to believe that things could possibly be tied to the supernatural world.  How rude was it when all of those magic creatures started showing up at the manor and lining up to get their chance to try and pull the sword out of the stone?  They just came into the Hallliwell's house and made their selves at home, all the while bossing the sisters and Leo around, and they never even asked or said thank you.  But to see the looks on everyones' faces when Piper was the one to pull it out of the stone, you would have thought Santa Claus himself had appeared in the sunroom.  I'm surprised the sisters didn't figure out there was something fishy about Mordaunt right from the beginning.  With all the different demons that come out to try and successfully trick and attempt to kill the Charmed Ones on a daily basis you would think the sisters would not take any chances with anyone they don't know.  I'll give it to them that they were rightfully suspicious of him, but none of them chose to act on those suspicions until it was too late and Piper was already too far gone.  I found it interesting who Piper chose as her minions/knights of the round table, which were different kinds of demons including even a Grimlock.  Whatever the power of the sword does to those who attempt to weild it when they're not meant to, it sure fully took over Piper's sense of who she was fairly quickly.  I think the sword might have been one of those magical objects that effect you the more you use it, and since she was sword battling Mordaunt all over the manor it didn't take any time at all.  I wonder where Chris was in this episode?  This was a rare episode recently where Leo was working with the Charmed Ones alone just like old times, and I'm glad that him and Piper have found a way to put aside their differences and do what's best for Wyatt.  I would still rather see them together and a couple, but if we can't have that I'd rather them still be happy instead of hurting.  It was nice to see a change to Paige's usual temp jobs this episode now that she was Phoebe's assistant, but the rivalry between those two was a little surprising.  In my opinion, I don't think Phoebe had much of a premis for being so overbearing and rude toward Richard.  Phoebe keeps saying that Paige barely knows him but at least she's giving him a chance, whereas Phoebe is doing the exact opposite and giving him no chances to prove himself.  I felt bad for Richard because it was very obvious that Piper and Phoebe didn't trust him and want him around, but he wanted to stay there with Paige and protect her and make sure she's okay.  Once again stuck in the middle of a rock and a hard place, but when it comes to being involved with the Charmed Ones that happens a lot.  My favorite quote of this episode was after Wyatt defeated Mordaunt with Excalibur and Piper says, "Okay, sweetie, that's very, very good.  But we need to put this away, so you don't put an eye out.  At least until you're eighteen."  Too funny but it's just a small hint of what powers is to come with Wyatt.  "May the power of three set you free!"  Keep reading and watching!

"Soul Survivor"

Description:  "In an attempt to save her boss' soul, Paige goes behind her sisters' backs and makes a deal with a demon.  Meanwhile, Piper learnes that Wyatt has been sabotaging her dates, Phoebe gets a new writing partner, and Chris and Leo accidentally travel back in time."

In this episode of Charmed, an innocent of Paige's has to learn the hard way that the choices he makes in his life could possibly have bad complications in his after life.  Especially when you throw the suppernatural world in the mix, along with personal gain implications.  I don't understand why Larry would risk losing his soul to a demon just so he could build his business, because the whole thing sounds very selfish and suspicious.  Especially with having the occupation of lawyer it takes time to build up your firm by gaining clients and winning cases and so forth, so it's considered cheating when you use other means of propelling yourself forward ahead of the game.  The one thing that set Larry on the good side of my mind was when he said that once he figured out what Zahn's true intentions were he tried to set things straight and give all he could to charity and such, but by that time it was unfortunately too late.  The two I feel the most sorry for in this situation though are Larry's wife and Paige.  Larry never told his wife the truth and I'm not sure Paige did either (I mean how would she have explained that), so Larry's wife never found out how her husband really died.  Speaking of Paige, I understand that she needs to have the since that she's doing her own thing seperate from her sisters and not losing her self, but go get a job or a hobby or something don't keep doing these temp jobs.  I feel like Paige would get a lot more personal satisfaction from doing and devoting her time to something else than what she's doing now, because so far all these temp jobs have just cost her a lot of headaches and agrivation.  Richard is back and it looks like him and Paige have something brewing in the works, and it's nice to see that Paige feels she has someone to talk and confide in.  You guys will just have to wait and see where these two will go because as usual I'm not giving anything away.  Speaking of jobs, Elise has thrown yet another thing Phoebe's way that is going to cause her a lot of stress.  You guys might remember a certain Spencer Riggs that Phoebe once turned into a turkey, well now he's back and Phoebe is not only going to be forced to work with him but partner with him as well.  Spencer really is doing his best to get on Phoebe's last nerve though, so I wonder how many more animals he will be turned into before he gets the hint that she hates him and finally leaves.  This is the first time in awhile that Leo and Chris haven't been involved with what the girls were doing and off doing their own thing.  In this case, travelling through time via time portals.  I wish Chris and Leo would just get off their chests what's really bothering them about each other and then just drop it, because their constant squabbling is getting annoying.  We still haven't found out Chris' secret and why he's really here from the future, because there's more to it then "Just here to keep Wyatt from turning evil".  Leo and Chris really need to sort out their priorities because their job is to protect and guide the sisters, but they can't do that if their stuck in Prehistoric times, running from a T-Rex, and arguing at each others' throats.  It was sweet though how Chris put aside his harsh feelings for Leo (even after Leo told him he would leave him behind if he was captured by the dinosaur) and saved him.  Speaking of sweet, how adorable was it that Wyatt was scaring away all of Piper's dates by orbing his eyes away?!  I thought it was downright adorable that he didn't want Piper dating or being with any man but Leo, and I was cheering on that little guy the whole way.  Genius!  My favorite quote of this episode is right after Piper sees Wyatt trying to scare away Richard with orbing his eyes and she says, "You little rot!  Did your dad teach you that?"  Too funny!  "May the power of three set you free!"  Keep reading and watching!

"My Three Witches"

Description: "The Halliwell sisters attempt to escape magical alternate realities where their secret desires come true, after Chris uses the demon Gith to try to teach them a lesson. Meanwhile, Leo demands that the elders strip Chris of his whitelighter status."

This isn't the first time a demon has had the idea to send one or more of the Charmed Ones to an alternate reality, but opposed to last time they were in great danger. I wish the producers had explained more about Chris' involvement with Gith, because the viewers don't know whether the demon put the Halliwells into their alternate reality because he's evil or on Chris' orders. Chris said he was trying to teach the sisters a lesson, but I'm not sure if that was due to the first or second attack. Phoebe's alternate reality was interesting because she's an empath so she got Jason's idea of a perfect world. It's kind of sweet that Jason's idea of a perfect world is that Phoebe become famous and be happy. It seemed like Phoebe was really soaking up all the fame, power, and popularity until it started to get really creepy. That dude that was holding up the sign that said "Marry me, or die" needs to be either checked into a mental facility or arrested for planning a murder. He's crazy! I don't think Phoebe took him seriously at first, but she sure took notice when the crazy ass dude shot Jason! I couldn't help but tear up seeing Phoebe feel like it was all her fault. You can tell that Jason really loves Phoebe since he was willing to jump in front of a bullet to save her life. Paige's alternate reality was pretty interesting but not that big of a surprise. Paige has always been the most open to magic and the one wishing that they didn't always have to keep it a secret. I don't think she's going to be complaining so much anymore, now that she sees what it's really like when the whole world wants magical help from you. I believe that Piper and Phoebe understand this lesson a little better than Paige does, because they remember how it was when magic was revealed to the world last time, and they lost their big sister. The important thing is that Paige learned her lesson in the end and was able to save a little girl in the meantime. Speaking of Piper, her alternate reality wasn't that far of a stretch either. Ever since the girls found out they were witches, Piper has always been the one wishing she could just be a normal person again. I felt bad for her since she had to see Wyatt suffering and feel so helpless when she couldn't help him. Poor baby was crying, and then that idiot in the other car hit Piper and Wyatt. I wonder whatever happened to the dude in the other car? In the end, I was glad to see the sisters realize that a "perfect" world sounds great in theory, but the perfect world for them is the one they are already living in. "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!

"Love's A Witch"

Description: "While on a temp job, Paige meets an attractive male witch named Richard and wants to help end the magical feud between his and another magical family. After she refuses Piper and Phoebe's help, she winds up possessed by the vengeful spirit of Richard's deceased fiance. Meanwhile, Leo is suspicious when Chris travels to the Underworld in search of a potion."
The Halliwells came across a generation old family feud that is mirrored right out of the pages of Shakespeare. The feud had been lasting so long that no one could quite remember how it started at all in the first place, and two love birds were unfortunately caught in the middle. Although the families were constantly fighting, but at times some of them were unsure about where the loyalties exactly laid. Paige is driving me crazy with this wanting to be independent from her sisters and do stuff by herself. Once before she went through this kick and realized that she can't always push them away, but obviously she didn't learn her lesson because she's back. I agree that sometimes Piper and Phoebe can be a little overbearing because they want to make sure Paige won't get hurt, but sometimes they can do with a little backing off. Each sister is independent in her own way, but when you're the power of three there are very few times that you can handle demonic things on your own. In this case it was a ghost that was terrorizing the families though, and I'm still not quite sure what her real intentions were. I never understood whether she was trying to get revenge for her death or trying to get peace amongst the families because she was sending quite some mixed messages. I get that Olivia and Richard were always neutral in the feud, but if she was so neutral how come you would attack both houses. Olivia knew that sending out energy balls would make them angry and warant an attack back, and somehow I think that was her plan along. Olivia seemed kind of crazy also bringing Richard to that casket with her bones and everything, but I'm glad that in the end she realized she needed to move on and what she had set out to do had been acoomplished. Poor Phoebe is still trying to get a hold of her new power, but as much as she tries to control it the more worse it seems to get. It was smart of Chris to think of the potion to shield Piper and Paige from unwanted emotion readings, but as you might have guessed he had another secret reason for wanting to take the potion, and it's obvious that Leo is not going to get off his butt until he finds out what Chris is up to. Speaking of Leo, it was so sad to see him watching Piper date again, and I can't help having my heart break right along with his. I seriously think the writers of this show have it out for me, or at least Leo since both times him and Piper were going through a big breakup not only did she have to go and date again, but Leo was forced to stay around and watch! Not fair! "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!

"The Power Of Three Blondes"

Description: "When three evil sisters magically steal the Charmed Ones' identities and powers, Piper, Phoebe, and Paige must convince Chris that they are the real Charmed Ones in order to get their lives back. Meanwhile, Piper realizes that Wyatt needs time with Leo, who continues on his quest to find out who put him on the island of Valhalla."

I've heard about identity theft before, but nothing that went to this extreme. The Stillman sisters literally took over the Halliwells' lives, right down to who they formed relationships with and what happened in their jobs. Right from the first scene of the show, I could tell that the Charmed Ones were really imposters. Anybody who really watches this show and pays attention to how the sisters act, could clearly tell that those weren't the real Halliwells. Mitzy, Mabel, and Margo quickly got annoying and it was really weird to see everybody referring to them as Piper, Phoebe, and Paige. The Stillman sisters set into this wanting to just gain all their powers and take over the manor and the Book of Shadows, but they soon found other ways of ruining the Halliwells' lives. Elise should have known something was up when she read the article that "Phoebe" submitted for the paper. Phoebe has worked at the Bay Mirror long enough that Elise should know that Phoebe would never condone the stuff that was written in the column. Watching the date that imposter Phoebe went on with Jason was just hilarious. Phoebe has always enjoyed her share of sex, but she has never and I can't see her ever going under the table to do the dirty in a public place. It was so funny when the real Phoebe approached the table and punched the imposter in the nose and the whole time Jason didn't know what was going on. Phoebe sure has a mean punch to her, so I'm sure the Stillman sister felt it in the morning. Paige is still on this temp job kick and I think the reason that keeps her going is that at each job she finds somebody that she can help. Paige has a big heart just like Piper and Phoebe, so it's only understandable that she would want to help people whenever she gets the chance, but why she is settlling for measly temp jobs when she can get a better one is beyond me. Paige should be a lawyer due to her very good reasoning skills, because she sure put those little gremlins in their place. I don't know whether gremlins are necessarily evil creatures or just annoying, but I was glad in the end when Paige found them somewhere else where they can roam freely and cause chaos, without having to resort to vanquishing them when they were just trying to have fun. Leo just can't seem to keep himself away from both Piper and Wyatt. I thought it was really sweet when he said he orbs into the nursery sometimes just to hold Wyatt and spend some time with him. I'm glad to see that no matter how many ill feelings she may have toward Leo, Piper wants Wyatt to have his father in his life, and is willing to put those feelings aside for the good of her son. It kills me to watch both Leo and Piper go through this pain since they had been going good and strong for such a long time. For all you avid Piper and Leo fans out there, don't worry not all hope is lost. I think that Leo should give up on trying to prove Chris sent him to Valhalla. I understand that endangered both you and Piper, but there was obviously a reason he did it, it's over now and everything worked out okay, and he has been nothing but good to the Charmed Ones ever since. You guys have to remember that I hinted Chris has a back story and a greater reason for being here then he has let on to the Charmed Ones, so be patient and watch it unfold. I know for most viewers Chris seems like an ass and a nuisance, but you will in time come to like him. Piper's imposter was the funniest I thought, but she was also the most like the sister she was trying to pose as. The funniest scene was when she was about to have sex with the bartender (who weirdly looks like Taylor Lautner) in Piper's bed, and Leo just happened to be holding Wyatt in there. Leo was like, "Uh, Piper!" Too funny! I enjoyed seeing the Halliwells having to convince Chris that they were the real Charmed Ones with no powers, but I think he had a pretty good idea when "Paige" and "Phoebe" kept hitting on him. "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!

Peace, Love, and Charmed!

"Forget Me.....Not"

Description: "The Cleaners kidnap Wyatt and erase his existence, after the child accidentally brings a dragon to life. When Piper, Phoebe, and Paige regain their memories, they relive the day Wyatt was kidnapped. Meanwhile, Paige is caught in the middle of sexual harassment troubles, Phoebe continues to cope with her new found power of empathy, and Leo gives Chris a new assignment."

The Charmed Ones have come across many magical beings before that have wanted to erase the existence of Wyatt, but they have never come across anyone much like the Cleaners. I can't quite get a proper read on these two, because I know that Leo says they are neutral but it seems like they were really eager to get rid of him, maybe even too eager. They told the sisters that as long as they erased the threat of exposure they would let Wyatt stay with them, but once they did that the Cleaners still got rid of him. It's almost scary that Wyatt is not even a year old yet and he's already conjuring things. It's explainable that he is able to conjure things as little as pacifiers like he did in the last episode, but a dragon?! Although Piper and Leo said that they were going to take some time away from each other, it's good to see that they can come together and work as a team when it matters most, especially for their son. Although they were able to work together peaceably for the most part, you can still see the hurt and tension that is still there between them. It was funny how much the Halliwells were confused when the Cleaners wiped their memories in the beginning of the episode. The cleaners had to realize that once they took away their memories the girls would question why they couldn't remember the day before. I still can't believe that Phoebe started such a huge riot at her job, and if looks could kill Phoebe would be dead right now because Elise was shooting daggers. It was sweet of Paige to want to help that woman at her job, but she sure didn't hold back when she confronted the man at the end of the episode. That guy's going to wake up with a huge headache from having a gigantic flower pot thrown at his head. If it wasn't for all the people she has helped through these temp jobs, I'm pretty sure that Paige would have quit a long time ago. I guess all the good she does for the world through being a witch isn't quite enough for Paige. It was kind of cool to see how much of a motherly instinct Piper still had even after the cleaners made her think she had never had a child. It was funny to see her poor milk and serve applesauce to Phoebe just like she would have done for Wyatt. Piper is a great mother so I was upset that she had ever second guessed that in the first place. Everybody makes mistakes and no one is perfect, and it's especially hard when you have a magically twice blessed child on your hands to keep him in your sight at all times. I thought it was sweet though in the end when Piper relied on the bond between her and Wyatt to defeat the dragon. As Phoebe and Paige said, there's nothing stronger than a bond between a mother and child. Leo is still ready and waiting to find proof that Chris was the one who sent him to Valhalla, and I think Chris is right in thinking that Leo doesn't trust him with the Charmed Ones, even if Leo won't admit it. I thought it was hilarious when Leo caught Chris and that girl Natalie just after they had sex and he said, "Chris, you're supposed to be protecting her!" And Natalie says, "Oh, don't worry, he did use protection." She is such a dunce! "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!

"Valhalley Of The Dolls"

Description: "Phoebe and Paige search for Leo after Paige accidentally causes a "chipper" Piper to have amnesia, but the sisters soon learn he is being held on the mythical island of Valhalla. Unfortunately, they have no idea that it's Chris and his mysterious plans. Meanwhile, Phoebe discovers she is now an empath, and the dangers of this newfound power. Paige gets a job walking dogs and realizes one of the canines is actually a human."

The new season has started, but for the sisters, they are still realing from what happened in last season's finale. Paige and Phoebe are still trying to figure out what has made Piper so "psychotically chipper", while trying to keep up with Chris' never-ending list of demons that he wants them to hunt down and destroy. This season, Paige has decided that she needs to get back into the working world, so of all the places she looks for a job, she goes to the temp agency. I personally don't understand why Paige didn't just go back to her old job at South Bay Social Services and ask for her old job back. They really liked you there and were sad to see you leave, so I'm sure they would welcome her back with open arms. I'm assuming that the way she is reasoning it is the less time and commitment she puts into a job, the more time she can still have to perform her witchly duties. Phoebe has once again gained a new power, but this time it took her longer to realize it as a power. Phoebe has always been in tune with people's feelings because that's just how her personality is, but now she just has to learn to control when she channels their feelings. For example, when Jason ambushed her at work with a surprise visit, and she wasn't able to keep her lips off of him. I'm glad to see that she still has strong feelings for him although she's been dating other guys. That dude that stood her up was a real ass, just because he feels intimidated by girls who are successful. Phoebe deserves better than that and I'm glad she realizes it. Okay back to Piper and her "chipper" self. I was glad to see that Phoebe and Paige didn't hesitate in noticing that there was something not right about the way that Piper was acting. Piper has always been the sister to lose it in stressful situations, and especially when anything bad happened to Leo, so for her to be acting like everything was fine and she wasn't worried, there was obviously something wrong. It's a show of how close their bond of sisters is, if they can pick up on something slight as that. Chris might be really starting to piss some of you off especially now that it is apparent that he was the one who sent Leo to Valhalla, but I promise you guys he has a legit reason for hating Leo. Speaking of Valhalla, I'm not quite sure how to classify this really secluded and creepy place. I know that they train warriors to ultimately be able to survive the great battle that will someday happen a long time from now, but why don't they also teach their warriors to have a filter. It's almost like these warriors can't think for themselves because they are so used to being told what to do, but when they accidentally get let loose in the city they completely lose track of what's right and wrong. The process of becoming ready to fight is a very dangerous and grueling process it seems like also. I was glad to see that Daryl was right there with the girls every step of the way like always. Daryl has always had a close relationship with the family, but it comes out the most in times of crisis. In my opinion, poor Daryl doesn't get enough credit for all the life-endangering scenarios that the Halliwells put him in all the time. It was so funny when Paige and Phoebe went to ask Daryl if they could borrow his soul, and he just looked at them like they had lost their minds. You might be wondering how much more of this he can take, but you guys will just have to wait and see how this all plays out. Leo looks like he's going to be sticking around for some time now even though he's an elder, in order to find out who sent him to Valhalla. Chris is going to have to watch his back, because there's obviously a reason that he's being so evasive from the Charmed Ones and Leo. If you hate the idea of Chris still sticking around, all I have to say is just try and give him a chance because he does get better. Wow, does Piper sure know how to kick ass when she needs to. This isn't the last time that Piper was forced to play a character that had to fight hardcore, and boy does Holly know how to bring it! My favorite quote of the episode is after Piper had flung down Paige for the second time and Paige goes, "Why does she always pick on me first?" Too funny! Well the problems with Piper and Leo have finally come to a head just like I promised, because Piper has asked Leo to stay away from her for awhile so she has some time to sort out how she's going to live her life without him. This is going to pose as a problem, since Leo is going to be sticking around to keep an eye on Chris and do some investigating. Like I've been saying, the problem with Leo and Piper is going to get a lot worse before it gets any better, so you guys are just going to have to stay patient. "May the power of three set you free!" Peace, Love, and Charmed!

On To Season 6!

Season five served as a great learning experience for some sisters, a time for growth in other sisters, and the renewel of love in a couple more of the Halliwells. A lot of love was shared in the season, but in turn a lot of love was also lost. Throw in some creatures that decided to make the Charmed Ones one of them, and you got what was a great season! Unfortunately Cole was lost from their lives, but we can't forget that little Baby Wyatt was brought into this world. As each season goes on, the Charmed Ones' family ties get stronger, but not only their hearts are growing. The Halliwells started out as powerful, but as time goes on, their powers are growing and so is their knowledge of demon hunting. The sisters have to keep up with the ever increasing number of demons who seem to get more powerful as they go on. I can't emphasize enough how proud I am to see the Charmed Ones rely more and more on their instincts, and as you may have noticed, haven't been going to the book so much. Their bond of sisters has always been there, but I was happy to see in this season they were starting to listen to each other more and work more as a team. Each sister is competitive in their own way, but there's times where you can do things individually, but there's also times that need the power of three. I'm glad to see the sisters are figuring that out and smartening up a little bit, and not being so quick to jump into dangerous situations before they think. Season five left a lot of holes in the stories and questions unanswered also. Every demon they came across recently has mentioned the ultimate power coming from Baby Wyatt, so what will come of it in the next season? The mysterious whitelighter from the future, Chris, has a hidden story, will the Halliwells ever figure it out? Will they ever see Leo again? What's going to happen with Piper and Leo's relationship? All these questions and more are answered in season 6, so stay tuned! "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!

Season 5 Overview! Enjoy!

Peace, Love, and Charmed!

"Oh My Goddess"

Description: "When the mythic Gods, the Titans, are released and kill all the elders, Leo is forced to take over. Meanwhile, a mysterious whitelighter from the future guides the Charmed Ones when Leo gives the girls the ultimate power to vanquish the Titans, recreating them as Greek Goddesses, despite the risk that they will be seduced by their vast new powers. Now all-powerful Goddesses, the Charmed Ones must try to not be seduced by their new powers and stay focused on vanquishing the Titans before the they can destroy all the whitelighters and elders. Meanwhile, Leo must decide whether to become an elder or remain with his family."

Back in a time thousands of years ago, the people that we know today as the elders, banished the Titans into an ice cave. What the elders didn't count on was a demon freeing them in the present day, and allowing them to take revenge. This was the first episode of the series where the producers have touched on the stories of Greek mythology, instead of always going off the ancient stories of wicca. What I want to know is what the Titans did thousands of years ago to make the elders want to trap them in the ice. The Titans were very hard to read as individuals but their plan was obviously very clear. We got the fact that they wanted to kill whitelighters to get their power to orb, so that they can then get to the elders and destroy them. Maybe it's just the fact that I like to look deeper into the story then what the writers provide, but it seemed like the Titans had other motives of turning against eachother. Maita was a little permiscuous and I couldn't tell if she really loved Demitrius, or if she was just using him for benefit, and the same goes for Cronus. Titans don't seem like the kind of people that like to form close bonds with other, and are just after a greater goal. Even if Maita was in love with Demitrius, it didn't seem like the feeling was as mutual as it was shown at first, because once Cronus killed her, Demitrius sure got over her pretty quick. What I can't figure out though, is how come the elders didn't have enough power to defeat the Titans? Before now, we have been taught to believe that the elders were the most powerful good beings out there, but if they had to the power to defeat them they would have instead of just trapping them in ice. Leo really stepped up to the plate and took charge in this episode, and although it was at a great price, I'm very proud that he had the guts to do that. If it wasn't for Leo, there would be no living elders and whitelighters, and the world would be on the fast track to destruction. A lot of viewers seem to view Leo as very passive and not one to take charge, but they sure changed their view of him in this episode. It takes someone very brave to go against regulation and do something extremely risky, in order to save the greater good. Although Leo didn't entirely make this decision on his own, what do you guys think of this mysterious Chris guy from the future? He seems to have a lot of info on the Charmed Ones and Leo, but for now he's not talking. To watch his story unfold you're just going to have to keep reading and watching! I thought that the goddess powers that the sisters were gifted with suited their personalities and strengths very well. Throughout the whole run of the show so far, Phoebe has always been the most romantic and in tune with her heart, so only naturally Leo would make her the Goddess of Love. Ever since Paige quit her job to concentrate more on her witchly duties she's been on this super witch kick, so only naturally she would be made the Goddess of War. I believe that Leo made up the decision to make Piper the Goddess of Nature more on personal feelings than everything, but his heart was in it. I found it confusing that the whole episode Chris was telling the Halliwells to not give in to the pull of the Goddess powers, but in the end that was what's needed to defeat the Titans. I was glad to see Piper get the chance to perform some kick butt moves with her new powers, since she doesn't get many moments in the spotlight. I was a little disappointed to see Phoebe accept a date with that Evan guy toward the end of the episode. I think her and Jason are a very cute and loving couple, and if she really loves him as much as she keeps telling herself, she shouldn't let distance ruin that. My ultimate wish for Phoebe though is to see her happy, so I still stand by every decision she makes. Speaking of decisions, I've been putting off writing this episode because of the turning point that it brings. I've been slowly breaking it to you guys that Piper and Leo's relationship was going to take a massive turn for the worse, and now the time has come. Sadly, I think Piper was sensing it coming too, but it didn't make it easier to deal with when it came. The sisters can't believe that the elders, who they hate so much, has now recruited Leo as a member. Chris called it the "ultimate reward" but for the sisters who are on the other side of the equation, they don't see it as that. For all of you that think all hope is lost and that we'll never see Leo again, don't worry he doesn't stay gone long. I can't believe that the elders decided to make Chris the Charmed Ones' whitelighter, but I believe they did that just so they can keep a closer watch on him. As for Chris, he did something really suspicious to Leo at the end of the episode, but you're going to have to wait to see what happened. Once again the doors of the manor were magically closed, signaling the end of the season. See you all on the other side in Season 6! "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!

Peace, Love, and Charmed!

"Necromancing The Stone"

Description: "When Grams comes to the manor for a Wiccan birthing ceremony for Wyatt, the sisters find out that she has brought a memory from her past, a former lover who wants to kill the Charmed Ones and bring back the love they once shared. Meanwhile, Phoebe contemplates Jason's invitation, even though it will take her away from her family, and Paige casts a truth spell to figure out if Nate can accept her being a witch."

It has been stated before that Grams had been married multiple times, but never before has her wrath about the male species been so evident. It's understandable if she's been married so many times and they have all been bad experiences, then she would have some ill feelings toward men. In a way I understand where Grams is coming from, but I think that anger should be directed toward the appropriate men, and leave her beautiful new great-grandson out of it. I find it quite humorous that Grams had no idea that Wyatt was a little boy. Do the dead not get the memos up there? It was interesting that Grams brought up the fact that there had never before been any male witches in the family, because throughout my time watching Charmed, I've realized that there aren't many male witches anywhere. I don't know why it is more common to see female witches, but that is just the way the writers and the producers wanted it I guess. It was amusing to see Piper stand up to Grams the way she did, because she's always been sort of submissive around her Grams. Piper has a very strong personality, but there was always something about Grams that made her slightly insecure about her own abilities. I guess that just goes to show how much Piper is growing as an individual, and it all started once Prue died oddly. I believe that having to step up as the head witch made her personality and demeanor change in some ways. This episode seemed to just be filled with men issues, since Paige, Grams, and Phoebe had their share of them. I was disappointed about how Paige and Nate's relationship turned out, because I was just starting to think that they would make it. This is the second time in the course of the show that the truth spell has had a negative effect on a sister's love life, so there's no wonder that they never use the spell again after this episode. I'm proud of how Paige handled it so maturely, but I don't think Daryl was too fond of her methods. It was surprising to find out that Grams had once been in love with a demon. It must run in the family, because this is turning into an ever-reaccuring storyline. It sounds like the necromancer really broke Grams' heart, but I think her wanting to banish him in time for Wyatt's wiccaning was more personal than necessary. I was a little surprised that Phoebe didn't end up going to Hong Kong with Jason, because there for a minute it looked like she was going to do it. You can see a lot of chemistry between them and I truly believe that Jason is a great guy and that he really cares for Phoebe. She might have said no now, but you guys are just going to have to stay tuned and see how this story plays out. In the end, the necromancer was vanquished, Nate got the punishment he deserved, and Wyatt's wiccaning went off without incident. "May the power of three set you free!" "Sense And Sense Ability"

Description: "In order to get close to baby Wyatt, the Crone steals one of the senses from each of the Charmed Ones, in an attempt to fool the child. The Charmed Ones run into major complications without their senses."

This is one of my three favorite episodes of the show, because of how much humor surrounds the fact that the sisters have to learn to cope without their key senses. It's a tribute to those three amazing actresses that they can play blind, mute, and deaf, as well as they did and make it seem so real. My favorite parts of the episode were when the sisters had to figure out how to communicate with eachother by doing a lot of miming and noises. The funniest one I would probably have to be Phoebe. It's pretty obvious that Phoebe relies on her hearing a lot, so when it was suddenly taken from her she had to get used to it. I don't blame her, because if I had to choose, I would give up my hearing last. It's quite ironic that the Crone was the person who put the law in place saying no one can harm baby Wyatt, but then she's the first one to try and get to him. I have to give her props though, because she was very creative in how she went about getting to him. Wyatt is proving episode after episode how smart and powerful he already is, so to fool him into thinking you're one of the family, the Crone had to be really smart. I agree with what Piper said about seeing Wyatt already coming into his powers this early. If he can already sense, orb, and use a force field as an infant, there's no telling how strong his powers will become in the future. My favorite quote of this episode is when the sisters were downstairs and they had found out they all had lost senses, and then Leo walks in and says, "What's going on?" Then when Paige, Piper, and Phoebe cover the parts of their head that were effected and Leo says, "Oh, I see," which Piper then follows that up with, "Well I don't!" I found it interesting that the longer the Halliwells went without their powers, the easier it seemed to become for them. For the sisters to be able to acquire a sixth sense and almost be able to tell what the others are thinking, just goes to show how close of a relationship they have as sisters. It is a proven fact that when you lose one of your senses, the rest of them work harder to make up for the one that's lost. Like Piper for instance. When she lost her eye sight, her hearing then stepped up to the plate and was enhanced. Another favorite part of the episode of mine is when Paige is in the attic questioning the Kazi demon and can't get answers out of him, but when Phoebe comes up she has the idea that maybe the Kazi can't read. Then Paige shows her the paper that says "demons lie", and Phoebe follows with, "Yeah, but not about literacy." Too funny! Speaking of Phoebe, looks like there are benefits to dating your boss, because she sure as hell wasn't up for national syndication beforehand. Although she's getting all these benefits from the relationship, I can tell that's not what either one of them is in it for. Anybody can tell that Phoebe and Jason surely to like each other, and it's obvious that there is something special there. I'm glad that in the end though, Phoebe decides against the national syndication, and decides her family is more important to her. "May the power of three set you free!" "Nymphs Just Want To Have Fun"

Description: "When a demon attacks and kills one of the three nymphs that protect a lake, the Charmed Ones try to help. However, once the demon is destroyed, the nymphs decide Paige should replace the fallen nymph, and they won't take no for an answer."

The Charmed Ones got in touch with nature in this episode, and one of them turned into a part of nature against her will. This is the first time the sisters have come across nymphs while being witches, but they must have been doing their studying because they knew what nymphs were. I found it funny how Piper annd Paige were finding it hard to share the work of being a witch. This is the first time the Halliwells have ever come across that problem and I'm not quite sure why it came up in the first place. It must have something to do with Paige being unemployed and having a lot more time on her hands than Piper and Phoebe. All the sisters before her have gone through that at one point or another and they've always figured out how to make it work, so I have no doubt that Paige will figure it out. Paige and Piper are both very knowledgeable and talented at their work of being a witch, but they both have their different styles of going after and fighting demons and warlocks. Piper tends to play more by the book and seems to sometimes have a hard time of looking at the bigger picture, where Paige is always trying to look outside the box and fill in the missing blanks. I think Paige wanting to organize their wiccan neccessities was a good idea, because the sisters have always been a little slack on keeping their things in order. I thought it was a good idea to organize the herbs and things in the kitchen, but agreed with Piper that color coding the Book of Shadows was going a bit overboard. For all you viewers who didn't like the redecorating of the Book of Shadows, never fear we never see it again! It's good to see that the family is adjusting very well with having a new baby in the house but still not neglecting their supernatural duties or jobs in the meantime. Speaking of jobs, Phoebe's relationship with Jason took a really big and surprising step in this episode. I don't blame Phoebe for being so reluctant to jump into the relationship with him so fast, since this is her first real serious relationship after Cole, but she will soon learn that she has to let someone in eventually. Jason seems like a genuinely nice guy, so I'm glad that by the end of the episode Phoebe decided to give him a chance. I found the story of the wood nymphs and how their job worked was quite interesting, but I found the demon and his brother a little confusing. I think the producers and writers could have explained more about why the demons wanted to get revenge so much and what exactly they benefited from drinking from the stream. In the end, the demon and his brother was defeated, the forest got a new "interesting" looking tree, the wood nymphs realized that maybe they didn't need a cedar to survive and just because it had been being done the same way all these years it could be changed, Phoebe and Jason settled their difference, Piper and Paige were able to come to an understanding, and Paige was restored to her calling of a witch. "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!

"Cat House"

Description: "When Piper and Leo begin to have marital problems, Piper casts a spell to allow them to literally see their past together. However, the spell goes awry when Phoebe and Paige are sent back in time to relive Piper's memories, and a warlock bent on destroying the Charmed Ones' familiar tags along for the ride."

Every once in awhile Piper and Leo lose sight of what is the most important to them, but every single time they manage to get themselves back on track. All couples have moments in their relationship that are stressful especially when they're married, but Leo and Piper being not only a couple but the biggest force of good out there, they have a lot of extra stress on their lives. Ever since the beginning, Leo and Piper have been able to get over all the obstacles that stood in their way, but I still can't help wanting to cry whenever they get into an argument like they had this episode. I just want to warn you guys ahead of time so it isn't such a big shock when it happens, but Piper and Leo's relationship is about to take a steep nosedive and it takes them quite a while to make it go north again. I was surprised that Leo spoke up about how Paige and Phoebe were always interfering, because he's never seemed to have a problem with it before. Leo loves them just like they were his own sisters and not just his sister-in-laws, so for him to show hostility toward them was bizarre. I think it was good for them to sit down with a marriage counselor and relive all the special times in their relationship, and for the moment it seems to have worked. I think it was good for Paige to be able to witness them also, since she was feeling so left out of all the stuff she missed before she joined the family. I still don't understand exactly why and how the spell that Piper cast effected Phoebe and Paige also. They weren't in the same room or even in the same house, and on top of that none of the memories even pertained to them. I guess the producers had to write it into the show so that they could continue the story line with Kit "Katrina" and the warlock. It was crazy to find out for the first time that their cat was really a human in disguise. Kit the cat was a very small role in the first three seasons, but I guess in the lives of the Halliwells she made quite a big difference. I don't blame Piper and Phoebe for being so weirded out about finding out their cat was really human, I can only imagine how that would feel wondering what that cat saw and heard over the years when you thought no one was watching. In the end, Piper and Leo's relationship troubles were fixed for the time being, the warlock was vanquished and the sisters' familiar was saved, and Paige got closer with her sisters. "Lucky Charmed"

Description: "The Charmed Ones face a demon who has been killing leprechauns and stealing their magic. The leprechauns endow the sisters with good luck, which enables Paige to gain material wealth, Phoebe to meet a man, and Piper to book a major star to play P3."

Most people would jump at the chance to have a leprechaun give them all the good luck they could ever ask for without even thinking about it, but now the Charmed Ones know that it isn't as easy as it seems. I myself didn't know that it was possible for leprechauns to give out bad luck as well as good luck until I watched this episode. I found it funny how this episode plays into all the leprechaun stereotypes such as the rainbow, the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, and them being short and wearing green and brown. I don't blame a demon for wanting to get a hold of some leprechaun gold, because if you have all the good luck, you would have a very easy life. I enjoyed watching how the sisters and Leo were adjusting to having a new baby in the house. It's interesting to see them having to work out who goes and fights demons vs. who stays home to tend to the baby. As you could probably see, there is starting to be a bit of a strain on Piper and Leo's relationship. I'm not going to give anything away, but it's going to get a lot worse before it gets any better. The more time that Wyatt is in the family, we are starting to see more and more of Leo and Piper's wonderful parenting coming out. In my opinion, they should never have doubted that they would be good parents because they are wonderful! It has gotten to the point that whenever a demon gets this strange notion that they're going to be the ones who finally take down the Charmed Ones, I just want to scream! It seems like demons are getting more and more stupid! Unless the demon has been living under a very big rock, they couldn't have missed all the demons before them getting vanquished while trying to kill the Charmed Ones. So what makes them think their attempts are going to have any better results? One relationship has started to blossom this episode though, and that would be the beautiful and romantic relationship between Phoebe and Jason Dean. Ever since he started running the newspaper she works at in the last episode, they have been flirting with eachother nonstop. I liked how he went about getting her to date him, although I don't think those were his true intentions when he first started making her write the article on online dating. They are just soooo cute together! "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!
