"Soul Survivor"

Description:  "In an attempt to save her boss' soul, Paige goes behind her sisters' backs and makes a deal with a demon.  Meanwhile, Piper learnes that Wyatt has been sabotaging her dates, Phoebe gets a new writing partner, and Chris and Leo accidentally travel back in time."

In this episode of Charmed, an innocent of Paige's has to learn the hard way that the choices he makes in his life could possibly have bad complications in his after life.  Especially when you throw the suppernatural world in the mix, along with personal gain implications.  I don't understand why Larry would risk losing his soul to a demon just so he could build his business, because the whole thing sounds very selfish and suspicious.  Especially with having the occupation of lawyer it takes time to build up your firm by gaining clients and winning cases and so forth, so it's considered cheating when you use other means of propelling yourself forward ahead of the game.  The one thing that set Larry on the good side of my mind was when he said that once he figured out what Zahn's true intentions were he tried to set things straight and give all he could to charity and such, but by that time it was unfortunately too late.  The two I feel the most sorry for in this situation though are Larry's wife and Paige.  Larry never told his wife the truth and I'm not sure Paige did either (I mean how would she have explained that), so Larry's wife never found out how her husband really died.  Speaking of Paige, I understand that she needs to have the since that she's doing her own thing seperate from her sisters and not losing her self, but go get a job or a hobby or something don't keep doing these temp jobs.  I feel like Paige would get a lot more personal satisfaction from doing and devoting her time to something else than what she's doing now, because so far all these temp jobs have just cost her a lot of headaches and agrivation.  Richard is back and it looks like him and Paige have something brewing in the works, and it's nice to see that Paige feels she has someone to talk and confide in.  You guys will just have to wait and see where these two will go because as usual I'm not giving anything away.  Speaking of jobs, Elise has thrown yet another thing Phoebe's way that is going to cause her a lot of stress.  You guys might remember a certain Spencer Riggs that Phoebe once turned into a turkey, well now he's back and Phoebe is not only going to be forced to work with him but partner with him as well.  Spencer really is doing his best to get on Phoebe's last nerve though, so I wonder how many more animals he will be turned into before he gets the hint that she hates him and finally leaves.  This is the first time in awhile that Leo and Chris haven't been involved with what the girls were doing and off doing their own thing.  In this case, travelling through time via time portals.  I wish Chris and Leo would just get off their chests what's really bothering them about each other and then just drop it, because their constant squabbling is getting annoying.  We still haven't found out Chris' secret and why he's really here from the future, because there's more to it then "Just here to keep Wyatt from turning evil".  Leo and Chris really need to sort out their priorities because their job is to protect and guide the sisters, but they can't do that if their stuck in Prehistoric times, running from a T-Rex, and arguing at each others' throats.  It was sweet though how Chris put aside his harsh feelings for Leo (even after Leo told him he would leave him behind if he was captured by the dinosaur) and saved him.  Speaking of sweet, how adorable was it that Wyatt was scaring away all of Piper's dates by orbing his eyes away?!  I thought it was downright adorable that he didn't want Piper dating or being with any man but Leo, and I was cheering on that little guy the whole way.  Genius!  My favorite quote of this episode is right after Piper sees Wyatt trying to scare away Richard with orbing his eyes and she says, "You little rot!  Did your dad teach you that?"  Too funny!  "May the power of three set you free!"  Keep reading and watching!

Peace, Love, and Charmed!
