"Nymphs Just Want To Have Fun"

Description: "When a demon attacks and kills one of the three nymphs that protect a lake, the Charmed Ones try to help. However, once the demon is destroyed, the nymphs decide Paige should replace the fallen nymph, and they won't take no for an answer."

The Charmed Ones got in touch with nature in this episode, and one of them turned into a part of nature against her will. This is the first time the sisters have come across nymphs while being witches, but they must have been doing their studying because they knew what nymphs were. I found it funny how Piper annd Paige were finding it hard to share the work of being a witch. This is the first time the Halliwells have ever come across that problem and I'm not quite sure why it came up in the first place. It must have something to do with Paige being unemployed and having a lot more time on her hands than Piper and Phoebe. All the sisters before her have gone through that at one point or another and they've always figured out how to make it work, so I have no doubt that Paige will figure it out. Paige and Piper are both very knowledgeable and talented at their work of being a witch, but they both have their different styles of going after and fighting demons and warlocks. Piper tends to play more by the book and seems to sometimes have a hard time of looking at the bigger picture, where Paige is always trying to look outside the box and fill in the missing blanks. I think Paige wanting to organize their wiccan neccessities was a good idea, because the sisters have always been a little slack on keeping their things in order. I thought it was a good idea to organize the herbs and things in the kitchen, but agreed with Piper that color coding the Book of Shadows was going a bit overboard. For all you viewers who didn't like the redecorating of the Book of Shadows, never fear we never see it again! It's good to see that the family is adjusting very well with having a new baby in the house but still not neglecting their supernatural duties or jobs in the meantime. Speaking of jobs, Phoebe's relationship with Jason took a really big and surprising step in this episode. I don't blame Phoebe for being so reluctant to jump into the relationship with him so fast, since this is her first real serious relationship after Cole, but she will soon learn that she has to let someone in eventually. Jason seems like a genuinely nice guy, so I'm glad that by the end of the episode Phoebe decided to give him a chance. I found the story of the wood nymphs and how their job worked was quite interesting, but I found the demon and his brother a little confusing. I think the producers and writers could have explained more about why the demons wanted to get revenge so much and what exactly they benefited from drinking from the stream. In the end, the demon and his brother was defeated, the forest got a new "interesting" looking tree, the wood nymphs realized that maybe they didn't need a cedar to survive and just because it had been being done the same way all these years it could be changed, Phoebe and Jason settled their difference, Piper and Paige were able to come to an understanding, and Paige was restored to her calling of a witch. "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!

Peace, Love, and Charmed
