"That 70s Episode"

Description: "A powerful warlock shows up claiming he made a pact with the sisters' mother in which he spared her life in exchange for the girls' powers. Fleeing him, the sisters go back in time to the 1970s when their mother was still alive, and they try to prevent the pact."
"A time for everything and to everything its place, return what has been moved from time and space." This has got to be the most emotional episode that we have seen so far, because it was really touching to see the girls have a reunion with their mother and grandmother. It was cool to watch Prue and Piper see themselves as little girls and find out they had powers when they were children. It was a surprise to the sisters since they don't remember having powers when they were little, since they assumed the first time they got their powers was last year. The two little girls that were chosen to play little Prue and Piper were too cute for words! Seeing Piper in pigtails was absolutely adorable, and I thought it was neat that the children were portraying the same personality types as the Charmed Ones still have in present day. Speaking of cute little kids, how adorable was little Andy? I knew that Andy and Prue had known each other for a long time, but I had no idea they had known each other since before Phoebe was born. I love how when big Piper gets little Piper to freeze Andy so they could get out of the house undetected, Prue is waiting at the door when they run out and says, "You know, that's probably why Andy is so suspicious of us." I'm surprised that Andy never realized something weird was going on when he was little. Such a naive little boy that he was! This was also the first episode that Grams and Patty have been shown as characters, although we saw Grams in one of Phoebe's premonitions during the episode, "Is There A Woogy In The House." Viewers will quickly find out that summoning or meeting people who have long since passed away isn't very uncommon in this show. In the future, the sisters almost always conjure Grams when they need help with difficult situations. Not having to let go of your loved ones who have died are one of the many perks of being a witch. My favorite quote in this episode is when the sisters have been arrested and Piper says, "I can't believe we got arrested for kidnapping ourselves!" And then Prue says, "Well, that should make for an interesting defense." I thought it was funny how Grams automatically assumed that the sisters were warlocks and didn't even consider there could be a reasonable explanation for them being there. With Grams being a witch she should know there is usually a good reason for everything, although it has been said before that Grams was very overprotective of her granddaughters so that also may have had something to do with it. After Patty bailed the sisters out of jail and brought them back to the manor with her, I thought the questions Grams was asking them to make sure they weren't imposters were hilarious. My favorite would have to be, "What was the name of my husband?" In which one of them responds, "Which one?" Too funny, since it's a running joke in the Halliwell family that Grams was married multiple times! I have to give Nicholas props for being able to conceal his true identity and intentions from the sisters all those years. Even though they didn't have their powers yet the last time he came to visit, anybody can tell a major creep from a normal person. "May the power of three set you free!" Keep reading and watching!
Peace, Love, and Charmed!
